Dennis Hardaker has been working in the farm mechanical industry for over 40 years. Starting his apprenticeship in 1979 with his father’s business Norm Hardaker Motors and when he retired Dennis when out on his own starting Dennis Hardaker Field Service in 2000. In 2014 Dennis decided to expand his business and opened his shop in Woolgoolga, so he could do more for his customers by selling tractors and farm implements. Since opening the shop he has put both of his sons through their apprenticeship, one has gone on to do his own thing and the other is not working as a fully qualified diesel mechanic in the shop. We currently employ 2 apprentices obtained from the local school.
